Low income and uninsured Arizona families have options when it comes to free or low cost health care. Dozens of community clinics and other facilities are located throughout the state and offer families and individuals with a large number of medical and health care programs.
While the exact type and number of services offered at each center will vary, in general a patient can get help and access to primary and preventive medical and dental care, community outreach and referrals to specialists, screen, and general check ups.
Most of the Arizona community clinics offer medical care on a sliding fee scale, meaning patients only need to pay what they can afford. Most clinics are listed below. But there are others. Click here to locate additional clinics and medical centers in your county.
