Social Services Program - Aid is available through offices in Sandusky Ohio and other area. Clients who are to be determined to be qualified for help may receive financial assistance with paying for emergency needs of food, rent assistance, heating and utilities or shelter. This financial assistance may be provided directly by us or through a referral to another non-profit agency or charity. Staff on site will work closely with clients to help obtain employment or educational opportunities for the low income and participants.
Home energy bill program, known as HEAP, provides low income, the unemployed and disabled with heating bill assistance during the winter months to income eligible households. Users of heating oil, natural gas, electricity, wood, oil, coal, propane, and other bulk heating fuels may receive assistance.
