Across Clark County Nevada there are several non-profit organizations and charities that provide Christmas assistance. The sites help children from low income and working poor families. Another main focus is on supporting seniors and providing companionship to them during the Christmas season. Some of what may be distributed includes free toys, gifts, clothing, games, and of course a hot meal.
While almost all of the programs rely on donations and the time of volunteers, they still do their best to provide some form of holiday joy to all qualified applicants. They may also provide assistance during Thanksgiving and Easter. Most of the non-profits are located in the greater Las Vegas region, but they do support the entire county.
