In an effort to help working poor families overcome challenges, clothing closets across Camden County can provide some of the goods they need in an effort to help them achieve self-sufficiency. The resources available range from clothes to household goods in an effort to help families make ends meet.
The non-profits will provide these items, for free or at a low cost, as well as case management. The goal is to give a hardworking family or child clothes or the supplies they need for school so they can improve their overall prospects for stability. Then, once this has occurred, they can even use a clothing closet or Camden County thrift store to purchase everything from furniture to diapers or Christmas toys. So many different programs are administered by these non-profit organizations.
