Cabarrus County clothing closets.

Programs are available from clothing closets in Concord and Cabarrus County. The non-profit centers provide free items to income qualified families, or some sites may pass out vouchers. Volunteers work out the centers and not only pass out free clothes, but they also offer counseling and advice.

The assistance ranges from referrals to local charities as well as clothes for work. Children from low income families can often receive school supplies too, or during October to December there may be Christmas toys. If a senior citizen needs winter attire, or maybe a free fan to stay cool, then that may too be offered from one of the thrift stores or clothing centers.

Whether it is a local church or another charity in the greater Cabarrus County community, some form of support may be offered. Assistance is for clients of all ages, races, and backgrounds as well, as long as they meet income guidelines.
