What is provided to the applicant will depend on their income as well as what is available. However the non-profit run clothing closets and thrift stores have everything from winter coats to school or work uniforms, household cleaning supplies, and more.

Many of the locations are part of the larger network of sites in northern Kentucky. This means that if one of the clothing banks does not have what a client needs, then they will offer referrals instead. They are a source of information on everything from financial aid to pantries, Christmas gifts, and school items in Kenton and other counties.

Hundreds of people use the thrift stores or clothing closets. Some will be given gift cards or vouchers to pay for clothes or hygiene items, and others loan out medical supplies such as wheelchairs to seniors. After a home visit is done, clients of the church can be given free clothing, furniture for a new home, crutches, wheelchairs, and even prescription glasses.
