Free holiday and Christmas assistance in Baltimore.

Low income families in Baltimore Maryland will be able to get help from charities and churches at the holidays. Children can receive free Christmas gifts, clothing, and presents, including from Toys for Tots. Some of the leading agencies or churches to call for help are below. Both free food baskets and Christmas gifts are given away. The main programs include Toys for Tots in Baltimore as well as the Angel Tree from Salvation Army. The centers are open limited hours and also have an application process in place. Countless assistance programs and referrals are offered. Among them include free food vouchers to families in need, including Thanksgiving turkeys. Baltimore City Police Department
They will try to distribute food baskets/toys to anyone in need. They also offer Christmas gifts, toys and presents from a program known as “Shop with a Cop”. Resources are limited.
