In addition, the program will help to improve their energy related health and safety conditions of the home.

The low income energy program (LIHEAP) may be able to provide grants to help people pay their heating and summer cooling bills. The money can either be used to avert a crisis or disconnection, or it can be used to pay a regular, recurring monthly utility bill.
