Gleamns HRC utility bills

To whom this may concern:
I am trying to get help with my utility Bill from my nearest Gleamns HRC in Greenwood South Carolina. The representative denied any benefits to help me because my license does not have the correct address. My local DMV have my correct address in there system and I ask if she could take their printout of my address. I have my lease agreement but she claim she could not use that, it had to be on my driver's licenses. Is there no other way I can get assistance on Gleamns HRC or is this a hoax?
