Triple A tenant rating

Post by Waffletaco »

Dear Members,
Unfortunately, I and my daughter had to submit our 30 day notice of residence, but, the conditions were of complete dissatisfaction, due to other Tenant harassment and lack of sleep. With a deteriorating spine anyway, I drank for the pain and stress that has led to our dilemma.
As we were of a Tenant rating of A++, just a year ago.

I was not sure whom I should contact so I hope this email finds the appropriate department. I have a 2 family house in Elizabeth and my first floor apartment is currently vacant. It has 2 bed / 1 bath on first floor and additional living space and bathroom in basement. I am asking for $1300 for the unit.
My last tenant, who was triple A, left without notice and I am struggling to keep up the mortgage payments.
If there is anyone that needs an apartment they can contact me to set up an appointment to view the apartment.
Any other questions someone can call me.
Thank you,
