Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

I need financial as well as medical help. I have been diagnosed as having a rare genetic disease and my income has been and will continue to decline - currently, my income is 200.00 less than my monthly bills and it is only going to get worse. I am looking for help, health care, advice, etc. Maybe, I need to secure my disability status first, I don't know. Please advice or direct me to someone that can advise me.

Genetic diseases are often very expensive to deal with. So your options are limited, but there may be some uninsured medical care in California. Maybe it can help pay for a portion of the cost...but do not keep your fingers crossed. At the very least they can offer advice.
