Utilities in arrears

To Whom It May Concern,
I have had the displeasure of needing resources to help with my power bill. I live in Forsyth County and was recently separated and abandoned with all utilities in the arrears. I sought out ways to aid, and Salvation Army helped me in 2003 but the process this time is far from holistic. Can someone contact me about this matter? Thank you in advance.
