Hello,
I wanted information about applying, and to apply for the Amex hardship program. My account is currently overdue, and I am unable to make my monthly payments due to reduced employment opportunities.

There is an American Express hardship program that you can try. We have information on how to apply on the site, including phone number, how much it may save you, information on the reductions in your bills, and more.
