What credit unions offer low interest rate salary advance loans? I would rather use one of them over a high interest payday loan. I know that they can have a much lower interest rate.

Salary advance loans are not as well known, and they, they are better then payday loans. The rate you pay will be under 15%, and the credit unions are regulated. A great choice!

I am a single mother and I own my home free and clear but I need to fix things in my home and need a vehicle to drive for winter. My stairs are unsafe at this time. And I want to improve my home using the money from a credit union. My credit is bad due to divorce and me losing my house 7 years ago because of the divorce.
I am looking for a loan of 8,000.00 to be paid off in 5 years from your credit union. Is there any help for me out there? I live in Lake city. Michigan. Please contact me if you have any helpful places to try to get help.
Thank you.

Now not all credit unions offer salary advance loans, but if they do, it is a much cheaper option than say a bank or payday lender. But asking for $8000 is not really an "advance". That is a significant amount to borrow. But maybe a credit union can offer a portion of it, and read more here. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... ns_fr.html
