I have been unemployed for 9 months and have been job searching daily in Rhode Island. The economy here is just so weak still. I have a family and my wife is the only income we have. We are way behind on our mortgage, car note, cell phone bill credit card bills utility bill and more. Any tips for locating a job so we can cover these expenses?

Many have information on employment centers, they can help families apply for cash grants for paying their bills, offer foreclosure counseling and more. But as you said, the main thing is to get a job, so inquire into those services from these Rhode Island community action agencies.
