There are a few programs that can provide help for paying water bills, and they include H2O Help to Others Program as well as the Low Income Payment Program (LIPP). WaterSense is another up and coming conservation program. http://needhelppayingbills.com/html/get ... bills.html While it definitely depends on where you live and who your water supplier company is, these water assistance programs can always help qualified people in the states they cover.

I am supporting my parents on my unemployment and it runs out on the 30th of November with no current update that it will be renewed. Their water bill is due and if a payment is not made by Monday November 22nd, it will be shut off. We are out of resources for help. I am not sure what we can do without having water. It is crazy. We live in Carson City, NV in Douglas County. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Help me please. I am a single mother with two children. I am in desperate need of help with my water bill. I am renting property and for the past 5 months or so my sons toilet has been running. I was told to shake the handle to stop this problem. I have since received a notice from the water company stating my excessive use. I never considered a leak being the problem. I figured what I was doing would some how fix the problem. This only made things worse. I recently contacted Artesian. I was told what to do to resolve this issue. Unfortunately my current bill soared to 330 dollars. I am struggling, I would appreciate any consideration. Thank you.

Here is info on assistance programs in Baltimore County MD. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... ce_pr.html There are places like the Reisterstown Community Crisis Centerand the Cockeysville Maryland United Churches Assistance Network. Both of these may have direct financial assistance themselves, or can point you and guide you with who to call for help with these bills. Water bills can be more difficult to get help with, but it is possible.

Good morning Sir/Ma'am
I saw on your website that you can offer assistance on bills for families that fell behind on bills. Well my family happened to be one of those unfortunate families. My water has been turned off today and the City of Jacksonville NC expects me to pay a high bill. Its way over what I can pay alone and I need my water turned back on immediately considering I have a four year old in my home and we need the water on to sustain his needs as well as ours. If you can please contact me ASAP it would be greatly appreciated.

I need a one time help with water bill. I went through divorce, ex wouldn't help with bills and am an elder on disability. I asked gardener REPEATEDLY to turn water down, he kept turning it up. It was $200 a month for several months. I finally got it turned back down, but can't afford the balance on my low fixed income. I had to borrow to keep from getting shut off. Still have a high balance. Can I get a referral for assistance in San Clemente California for water expenses? Is there a discount program for future bills?

I have found out that my mom's water bill is now 7,000 dollars. She lives in the Los Angeles area and I am seeking out resources that will help her in reaching this goal of paying off the water bill. This is a very harsh reality for her and my stepfather to bear. My stepfather in his 70's and it is impossible to think that he or my mom who is unemployed can pay this bill.
Please help in any way you can. Please pass this along to others who can help. I appreciate any efforts on your part. Thanks in advance.
