Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

My mother needs new hearing aids. She bought some 3 years ago and they told her she needs new one because her hearing is worse.  She can not afford the $7000.00 for new ones, they are retired and living on a fixed income.  Is there any help in Texas to assist with hearing aids?
