Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

I can't get payday loans because I don't have a bank account, so no help from a bank either.

I live in Western New York. I've explored 211, social services, catholic ladies charity, salvation army and united way, all without any help.

I am currently in need of help with rent and gas/electric bills. I have contacted every available resource in my community and have not been able to get any help.
